Delivery

Standard Delivery
Delivery is charged at a standard rate of £3.95 and will be added to your order as part of the checkout process.
 
Delivery for giftware is normally within five working days.

Flower deliveries ordered before 12 noon, can normally be delivered the following day nationwide through our network of independent florists or same day in our local area (Hitchin, Stevenage, Letchworth, Baldock, Harpenden, St Albans and surrounding villages).

Deliveries placed on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays will be treated as received on the next working day.

You must provide us with full delivery details, including recipient's name, full address, post code and telephone number.  In addition, for flower orders, please ensure that you have provided your card message under the Special Instructions section at checkout.

Recipient not at Home
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the driver will attempt to follow any additional instructions left as part of the checkout process.  If there are no instructions, the driver may try the nearest neighbour, failing that a secure and sheltered spot such as a garage or porch.  In any case, a delivery card will be left telling the recipient of the location of the items.

Deliveries to Workplaces
Please provide us with full company details plus the recipients full name and telephone number.

Deliveries to Hotels and other Venues
Please provide us with the full name, address and contact details.  In the case of a hotel, a room number can also prove useful!


Where full delivery details are not provided we may be unable to accept the order.
